Moringa Guacamole
Ingredients:
3 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 small jalapeño, thinly diced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Moringa Powder
A pinch of ground cumin (optional)*
2 limes, juiced
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Mash the avocado until you get your desired consistency
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
3. Sample guacamole and adjust seasoning as needed, using more salt or lime juice to boost flavors.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
