Moringa Leaf Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup fresh kale
1/2 cup moringa leaves
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine spinach, kale, moringa leaves, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, and almonds.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
